Our Returns and Refund Policy
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with any item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To Initiate a Return:
1. Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
2. Select the item you wish to return
3. Click "Return Item" and provide a reason
4. Print the prepaid shipping label
5. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any shipping location
6. We'll process your return once we receive and inspect the item
Refund Timeline:
- Items received and inspected: 3-5 business days
- Refund processed to original payment method: 5-10 business days
- Refund appears in your account: 1-2 business days after processing
Exceptions:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items showing signs of misuse or damage
Exchange Process:
Prefer a replacement? We'll ship a replacement item immediately upon receiving your return. No waiting period for exchanges!
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at returns@marketplace.com with photos for a faster resolution. We'll arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you.
